Step Two: Patient Replies

Allow Replies
With the Communications Annexe open, check the ‘allow replies’ box, located above the message input box.
Once you’ve prepared your message (for more information, see the previous step), hit send
02.
Patient Replying
The patient will be sent a link to a website displaying your message.
From here, they can type a reply and attach an image, if appropriate
03.
Reply Arrival
The patient’s reply will arrive into your task list.
Right click to view any attachments to a reply
04.
Complete Task
Action the task to complete it. This will then prompt you to save the attachment to the patient record
