Last week staff from TPP exhibited at the China International Industry Fair in Shanghai. Attendance at the show was part of a Department of International Trade (DIT) Northern Powerhouse mission to China – led by Baroness Rona Fairhead and Northern Powerhouse Minister Jake Berry.
South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYPFT) has signed a five year contract with TPP to deploy the SystmOne Mental Health module across all of its services. The contract is an addition to the existing Shared Business Service (SBS) Framework contract the Trust has with TPP.
TPP has developed a patient record replicator tool within the SystmOne demonstration system. The tool makes simulation training easier for universities teaching informatics skills to healthcare students. Made available in September, it is now being trialled by lecturers at both the University of Manchester and the University of Birmingham.
TPP and fellow Leeds based health technology company Emis Health are coming together for a football match designed to raise thousands of pounds for charity.
NHS Digital’s new national Child Protection Information Sharing (CP-IS) initiative is now available through SystmOne. CP-IS is a new Spine service designed to allow users to more easily identify vulnerable children. It alerts users in unscheduled care settings when a patient has a care plan with the local authority, and notifies the social care team that they have attended.
TPP has just been announced as one of the sponsors for this year’s Pride celebration, to be held in Leeds on the 5th and 6th August. The main event of the festival will be held on Sunday and will include two hours of entertainment in Millennium Square as well as a parade through the city centre and five hours of entertainment in Lower Briggate.
A CCG collaborative working across London has won two awards at the Healthcare Transformation Event in London.
From today (Tuesday 2 May 2017), patients in northwest London will be given the opportunity to benefit from a landmark achievement in interoperability between the UK’s two leading GP software suppliers, TPP and EMIS Health. Users of both systems have been clear on the benefits of this interoperability, which can now be delivered in line with the national strategy.
Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust has been announced the winner of the ‘Improving Value in the Care of Frail Older Patients’ award. The award, announced at the HSJ Value in Healthcare Awards 2017, acknowledges the work the team at Bradford have done to develop a ‘virtual ward’.
