SystmOne Enhanced: Social Prescribing

SystmOne Enhanced includes a Social Prescribing
add-on which allows for treatment of patients with
reduced reliance on medication. Through this,
clinicians are able to make referrals to non-traditional care services.

Patient progress can be tracked through goal
functionality, and patients are able to create personal goals and targets, before scoring their achievement against those goals.
