Shared Admin has been designed for services to work closely together to share workload across the group with day-to-day tasks. Whereas Federated Working is designed to allow organisations to provide enhanced services to other organisations across your a collaborative working area or Primary Care Network (PCN).

Appointments, visits & rotas
SystmConnect works out of the box. Organisations can use our comprehensive, pre-built list of clinical and administrative content, designed by NHS clinicians. Setup can be completed in minutes.
Appointment reports
Sharing appointment reports allows for either the Owner of the group or all members to utilise all the reports under the Appointment Reports menu.
Use own registration
This option allows an organisation with multiple units i.e. an ED and an Acute to push patients from one to the other without having to complete a registration/referral at the receiving unit.
Access audit trails
Run the reports in the Audit menu to view audit data for users at the sharing organisation.
Pathology & Radiology
View and process incoming reports belonging to other sharing organisations on the Pathology / Radiology Inbox screen.
Tasks
Manage tasks easily across a group, allowing you to standardise the way you work and increase productivity.
