SystmConnect is a Total Triage solution. Patients can access your service using a smartphone app, website, phone call or in person at reception. Responsibility is allocated to the correct team and priority is flagged automatically. Automated SNOMED coding

SystmConnect Training and Support
TPP provide a full suite of training and resources for SystmConnect. Detailed training videos and materials covering all elements of SystmConnect are available via our LMS (Learning management system). Videos available include Setup and configuration, Patient workflow, Practice workflow and Reporting. For existing LMS users, the training videos can be found under the main ‘UK modules’ menu. There will be a continued update of the videos on the LMS as new functionality is developed and released. Digital Pathways Framework & Pricing for GP Practices
As has been reported in the media, TPP understands that the launch of the Digital Pathways framework is currently suspended. We do not yet know when this suspension may be lifted, or any revised dates for the launch of the framework. With the above in mind, TPP have made the decision to continue to provide SystmConnect free of charge to GP practices until the resolution of this framework issue. TPP are however unable to disclose the cost of SystmConnect until the framework publication.
