Early Access

Early Access

GP practices can now get early access to SystmOne. This means that configuration can be done at any point during the pre-go live week rather than waiting for go live day!

Activities that can now be completed before go live day include:

  • Setting up and configuring PCs, printers, call boards, etc.
  • Completing organisation-level preferences
  • Enabling third party integrations, including integrations with content suppliers, medical devices and local partners
  • Finalising practice specific clinical content
  • Building practice specific reports
  • Configure staff members and organisation preferences
  • Ensure your appointment book is aligned to your practice rotas
  • Manage clinical protocols and reporting outputs
  • Create and amend stock lines

Look at our guides below for the full list of activities that can be completed prior to go live day.

We’ve already had great feedback from practices and ICBs who have gone live following this proces.

“This change made the go live more seamless, and meant we could spend time answering questions!”

“We’ve been able to spend so much more time supporting practice staff on go live!”

“It’s an excellent move!”

“We felt so much more relaxed on go live day!”

Already moving to SystmOne?
