SystmOne offers a full and comprehensive dispensing and stock control module. For dispensing practices, all stock management, ordering, delivery and prescription & label printing functions are catered for. Non-dispensing practices utilise the stock control features for vaccinations which is particularly useful during flu season.
Stock Control

- When creating and managing stock levels, set default stock ordering details and the wholesaler.

Stock Ordering
- Electronically order stock from wholesalers. If needed, you can also generate CSV files detailing the requested stock where required.
- The system automatically generates a list of stock and the wholesaler required to fulfil the request.
- Track and receive orders by barcode scanning, allowing you to easily identify any missing or excess stock and update stock levels accordingly.
Barcoding
- Utilising windows barcode scanners to streamline dispensing and stock receipt.
- Barcode scanners make the dispensing process more efficient by acting as the double-check when dispensing.
- They also speed up the receiving process by allowing medication to be be quickly scanned upon receipt.
Pick up notifications
- Setup automated pick-up notifications when a dispensing job is complete.
- These automatic communications are sent to the patient via their preferred communication method.
- This keeps patients informed about the progress of their request, reducing patient questions and improving the overall patient experience.
