Staff management and oversight are seamless within SystmOne. Setting up staff members is a smooth and efficient process, giving management teams complete control over system access.

Staff Setup

  • Managing staff lists within the system is straightforward. Set up a new member of staff or remove them as required.
  • All staff modifications and additions are managed by authorised users.
  • Any professional or practice information can be quickly managed.
  • When setting up bank or locum staff, you can grant temporary access for specified periods.

Teams

  • Setup teams for messaging as well as for allocating workloads.
  • Internal and external tasks and messages can be sent to set teams, ensuring that communications reach the relevant people.
  • Streamline workflows through team management, such as document management, pathology and radiology reviewing and medication requests. 

Staff Leave / Redirections

  • Manage staff leave to prevent potential scheduling conflicts.
  • View all staff leave through the appropriate workflow screens.
  • When staff are away, redirect and reassign tasks, pathology and radiology results, and notifications to colleagues.
  • Ensuring that no critical information is overlooked.

Access rights / RBAC

  • System access is regulated through user-specific access rights.
  • When logging in with NHS smartcards, role-based access control (RBAC) is automatically applied, simplifying access while ensuring precise control over staff permissions.
