Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust Signs Contract with TPP for SystmOne EPR
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has formally signed a contract with TPP, marking a major milestone in its deployment of the SystmOne Electronic Patient Record (EPR). The 5-year contract, with a 5-year optional extension, paves the way for a full Trust-wide rollout, supporting integrated, high-quality care across mental health, learning disability, and community services.
The implementation will see a single instance SystmOne solution deployed across approximately 50 sites in Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. Clinical and administrative staff will use the system daily to support more than 5,000 patient contacts and manage care for around 1 million people in the region. Work is already underway, with implementation teams preparing for go-live phases over the coming months.
