NAViGO signs contract with TPP for SystmOne Mental Health

NAViGO Health and Social Care CIC, a social enterprise based in Lincolnshire, is the latest provider to contract with TPP to deploy SystmOne Mental Health for five years. Following a tender process, SystmOne was selected to provide improved functionality and shared care capabilities. NAViGO will be moving from Silverlink’s EPR system. NAViGO employs nearly 600 staff, and delivers all local mental health and social care services to people living in North East Lincolnshire. NAViGO have recently won a number of national awards including the Mental Health and Wellbeing award at the Medipex NHS Innovation Awards and Showcase 2017. SystmOne’s sharing functionality will enable clinicians to have full visibility to a person’s medical history and this will help NAViGO to improve the efficiency of frontline service delivery. NAViGO are the latest in a number of mental health services to agree to deploy SystmOne. They hope to make the switch in mid-2018.

Simon Beeton, Director of Finance, NAViGO said “we are delighted to be working in partnership with TPP and the SystmOne Mental Health product. We look forward to developing a system that enables our front line staff to spend more time delivering care and therefore improve the services we provide to our service users”
Geri Boynova, Account Manager, TPP said “We are really looking forward to working with NAViGO who will join our rapidly expanding Mental Health customer base. This is another significant step forward for integrated care across the region, especially as so many other care services are utilising SystmOne locally.
