100% of GP practices in Mid and South Essex ICS are now using SystmOne!
TPP is delighted to announce the successful implementation of SystmOne across all GP practices in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System. This marks a significant milestone in the development of integrated care in the region. All GP practices can now share patient records with each other, and with community providers, out-of-hours providers, hospices, and acute services, across the ICS. Teams in these different care settings can work seamlessly together, using the integrated communication tools within SystmOne.
This milestone will enhance care for every single patient in the region. Everyone will now have a SystmOne electronic patient record. Vital information will be available for clinicians, whenever and wherever it is needed. Patients will benefit from improved continuity of care, a better experience, safer care, and improved outcomes.
