Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) signs contract to deploy SystmOne Mental Health and Community Hospital

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) has signed a contract with TPP to deploy the SystmOne Mental Health module and the SystmOne Community Hospital module. The contract is an addition to the existing Shared Business Service (SBS) Framework contract the Trust has with TPP covering community services.

CPFT serves a population of just under a million people and employs nearly 4,000 staff. The Trust’s 2,000 staff supporting Mental Health services will be moving over from their legacy solution to SystmOne. This will provide the Trust with a single EHR which will underpin all clinical services.

This is great news for shared care in the area, with the majority of GP and Community services also on SystmOne, patients will now benefit from a single EHR encompassing all these care settings.
CPFT & TPP will work closely together to deploy the solution across the Trust’s Mental Health and Community Hospital services over the coming months.

TPP Account Manager, Kaiying Xu, said “It is great that CPFT have chosen SystmOne for their Mental Health & Community Hospital services. We are looking forward to continuing the great work we have already done together, so all of the Trust’s staff can realise the benefits of SystmOne.”

CPFT’s Head of Information and Performance, Jonathon Artingstall, said “This is a really exciting time for the Trust and our service users. The opportunity TPP offer will enhance our existing, integrated care models, allowing us to progress our digital and research agendas, whilst offering improved outcomes to the people of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.”
