Step Eight: Push notifications
Identifying the patients you want to send a notification to
Whether it’s a list of patients you identify in a clinical report or a list of patients on an appointment rota, you can send a notification to them in a couple of clicks.
Look for the ‘Action’ option in the right-click menu available throughout SystmOne and then click on ‘Send Patient App Notification’.
Publishing the content
You will then be presented with a dialog giving you the option to either send a message only, a message with a website URL, or a message with an associated survey (Template /Questionnaire).
When you’re happy with your notification, just press ‘Ok’.
Your patients will receive the notification on their device as determined by their device preferences.
All notifications will also show in the ‘Notifications’ menu within Airmid.
If your notification included a survey (Template/Questionnaire) then your patients will be able to complete this directly from the notification.
