SYSTMONE GP EXCELLENCE AWARDS
The SystmOne GP Excellence Awards celebrate the people, teams, and practices who are transforming patient care through SystmOne. Whether you’re improving access, streamlining operations, delivering outstanding long term condition management, or driving neighbourhood collaboration, we want to see your achievements!
There are 6 different award categories, and each winner will receive:

How It Works

2️ Shortlisting & Webinars
Submissions for each category will be reviewed and shortlisted. Shortlisted entrants will be notified at least one week before the livestream for that category. Livestreams will be conducted in collaboration with Dr Gandhi on the eGPLearning platform.
Each webinar will showcase two categories:

During each livestream, shortlisted teams will present their solutions.
3️ Voting & Winners
After each livestream, SystmOne users will vote for their favourite entry! Each online vote will open for three weeks. How to vote will be shared before and after each live stream.
Winners will be announced shortly after the shortlisted presentations.
Terms and conditions
1. Organiser
1.1 The SystmOne GP Excellence Awards are organised by The Phoenix Partnership (Leeds) Ltd (“TPP”). Registered office: TPP House, 129 Low Lane, Horsforth, LS18 5PX
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Awards are open to general practices, and individual staff members working within UK general practice.
2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2.3. Entries must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards, including patient confidentiality requirements.
3. Categories & Prizes
3.1. There are six (6) award categories.
3.2. One (1) winner will be selected per category.
3.3. Each winner will receive a prize of £1,000 (one thousand pounds sterling).
3.4. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered other than the stated monetary award.
3.5. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
4. Prize Payment
4.1. Prize payments will be made by bank transfer within 45 days of confirmation of winner details.
4.2. Winners are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from receipt of the prize.
5. Publicity
5.1. By entering, participants agree that the Organiser may publish the name of the winner, their practice (if applicable), and a summary of the winning entry on its website, social media channels, and promotional materials.
5.2. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the Awards.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. By entering, entrants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use and publish submitted materials for promotional and reporting purposes relating to the Awards.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
7.2. Information provided will be used solely for the administration of the Awards unless explicit consent is given for additional communications.
8. Liability
8.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical faults or other issues beyond its control.
8.2. The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Awards or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. General
9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the Awards at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.2. Any changes will be posted on the Awards webpage.
9.3. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
