Step Three: View Appointments

Finding the preference
Log into SystmOne and make sure you have the ‘System Administrator’ access right.
Navigate to Setup > Users & Policy > Organisation Preferences>Online services> Appointment Viewing.

Which appointments can be viewed
You can choose to make all appointments viewable or specify that only certain ones are based upon
- Slot type
- Rota Type
- Clinician
03.
On Airmid
Regardless of how the appointment was booked, the patient can now see their appointments in Airmid.
04.
Adding to calendar
Patients can choose to add the appointment to their phone’s calendar, hopefully further reducing the chances of a DNA
