EPMA

EPMA

SystmOne EPMA manages the prescribing and administering of medication to improve both efficiency and patient outcomes in an area with a high volume of activity and potential for error. This module brings administrative and clinical benefits at every stage of the prescribing workflow – from improving clarity by removing handwritten orders, to providing complex decision support tools. Based around a comprehensive drugs database, SystmOne forces standardised and structured medication orders for community, outpatient and inpatient care settings. Electronic prescriptions are sent automatically to pharmacies, with administration instructions displayed in the system directly. Shared formularies across multiple organisations elevate best practice and promote cost-effective treatment.
