South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust successfully move to SystmOne Mental Health

TPP and South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are celebrating the success of the recent SystmOne Mental Health launch. The Trust employs around 4,500 staff members, delivering mental health and community services to people living in Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield.

TPP and the Trust worked together to transfer approximately 260,000 patient records and train over 4,000 members of staff as they moved from their previous clinical record system provided by Servelec. SystmOne Mental Health is now live across the mental health and learning disability teams, joining The Trust’s physical community teams in Barnsley who are already using the SystmOne community module.

Tim Breedon, the Trust’s Director of Nursing and Quality and Deputy Chief Executive, said “We chose SystmOne because it’s easy to use and fit for purpose, and it will help us work better together with other local healthcare organisations.”

“The key to this successful launch was the hard work and commitment of all our staff as well as the positive working relationship between ourselves and TPP. We’re already looking for ways we can develop SystmOne across our services so we can continue to help people reach their potential and live well in their communities.”

Geri Boynova, Senior Account Manager, TPP said “We are extremely proud to continue bringing this innovative technology to our partners. This is a huge milestone in improving integrated care across Yorkshire by bringing together even more services on the SystmOne platform.”
