The Reception Toolkit streamlines patient arrivals, reducing pressure on reception and administrative staff through SystmOne Enhanced self-check-in and patient call facilities.

The functionality includes a display of configurable patient-specific instructions or messages, multi-lingual options, as well as the ability to direct patients around the service. Functionality is further provided to facilitate communication between the reception and clinicians’ rooms.
